Manufacturing
Cotton Craft products are manufactured in one of the industry’s most advanced vertical textile manufacturing facilities. Achieving the highest levels of quality begins with the commitment to do so. Equally important is having the ability to do so. From highly trained personnel to the most advanced manufacturing facilities, our organization has built a solid foundation on quality manufacturing.
We recognize that every industry requires varying levels of quality and price. Our core strength is our focus on manufacturing products that must deliver higher quality and performance levels and to do so in the most responsible, efficient, and competitive manner. Consistently delivering this level of quality is mission number one.
In addition to state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, equipment, and technology, quality control systems and procedures are embedded throughout the manufacturing process. It begins with raw materials and continues with yarn, weaving, finishing, sewing, and packaging. From start to finish, every lot, at every stage, is meticulously checked, inspected, and tested. Physical and performance testing is conducted in AATCC and ASTM certified laboratories.
