Do you sell to the end-user or the general public?
No, we sell exclusively to distributors.
Where do your products ship from?
Items stocked in the United States ship from our warehouse located at 4505 Newpoint Place, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Direct container loads and less-than-container loads are shipped directly from the factory. We service all major US ports.
What are your terms?
Credit terms are determined on a case-by-case basis. Generally, for qualified customers, we offer Net 60 Days from the invoice date.
Do you accept credit cards?
Not at this time.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns, provided the product is unused and is in its original packaging. Requests for returns must be made, in writing, within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to restocking fees equal to the greater of: 1) 15% of the invoice amount, or 2) $45.00; plus, all original and return shipping costs.
For stocking items, how quickly will my order ship?
Generally speaking, orders received by 11:00 EDT ship the same day.
Will you ship less-than-case-pack?
No. We only ship in case pack quantities.
Can we get a sample of your product?
Absolutely. Simply fax or email us your sample request and where you want us to ship it. Shipping charges may apply.
